Interest Free Loans - Up To $15,000 Terms Of Up To 10 Years

For Households With A Combined Taxable Income Of Up to $210,000.

Upgrades Can Include:

  • Reverse-Cycle Air Conditioning – Ducted Or Split
  • Main Switchboard Upgrades
  • Ceiling Fans
  • Rooftop Solar
  • Household Batteries
  • Insulation
  • Draught-Proofing

Example: If your household earns $200,000 and you want to purchase an Air Conditioning System or upgrade your Main Switchboard for $15,000 or less, you can apply for a loan and pay it off over ten years.

Discounts will also be available to renters, to make upgrades with their landlord’s permission.

Households will enjoy benefits such as lowering their monthly power bills and making their homes more comfortable year-round, cooler through the summer heat and warmer through cold winter conditions.
